Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. This weeks recipe is for anatomical zombie heart cookies to celebrate Halloween.

- Add in a generous squirt of the green gel food coloring and mix until the coloring is even.

- Preheat your oven to 170 °C (338f) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place some plain flour in a dish. Dip the cookie cutter in the flour so all the grooves and sides are covered. Shake off the excess.

- Keep cutting the cookies out until the tray is filled up. There is no baking powder in the recipe so the cookies will not rise much.
- Bake the cookies for around 8 to 11 minutes depending on the thickness. They should be just starting to brown around the edges.
- Carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool down.
- Tip some cocoa powder into a small dish and grab a cookie.
