Welcome back to another lactose free recipe. For this week’s recipe I wanted to make something that is delicious, colorful and easy to make. I present these adorable chocolate whoopie pies, filled with vanilla buttercream and dipped in sprinkles these pillows of perfection are so easy to make.

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350f) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

- Bake 9 to 12 minutes. Until you can insert a toothpick into the centre and it comes out clean.

- When the whoopie pies have cooled down you can move onto decorating them.

- Gently remove the excess sprinkles that may have gotten on the top or bottom.
- Keep icing and decorating them until they are all done.
