Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. For this week’s recipe I wanted to make a delicious bread. I present this delicious Pampushky recipe. A fluffy Ukrainian garlic bread that is perfect to serve alongside soup, in particularly Borscht.
The recipes here have been tested with lactose free ingredients multiple times to ensure their success and deliciousness. As always, this recipe is lactose free providing you use the right ingredients. Always make sure your ingredients are safe.

Instructions
- The first step is to prepare a starter that needs to sit and proof in your refrigerator overnight.
-
-
-
-
- Add in the rest of the flour (1 & ¼ cups) and the sea salt. Mix until a rough dough forms.
-
- The next step requires either a cake pan or a pie tin to proof and bake the rolls in. I choose to use an oven safe pie dish.
- Weight your dough and divide into eight even pieces. Shape the pieces of dough into little balls.
-
- Loosely cover the buns with clingwrap. Leave the bread in a warm draught free place to proof for one to two hours until they have doubled in size.
-
-
-
-
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the rolls are beautiful and golden.
