Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. This week’s recipe marks the start of a new year. I wanted the first recipe of the year to be something special that myself and my whole family enjoys around the Christmas period.
I present to you these glorious death by sprinkle cookies. Little vanilla cookies covered entirely in 100s and 1000s. Delicious and striking. The special thing about these cookies is that when they are fresh the sprinkles form a delicious crunchy crust.

- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line two trays with baking paper.

- Roll it around until it is completely covered in the sprinkles.
- It may become misshapen, if so then use your hands to reshape it.
