Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. This weeks recipe is white chocolate Biscoff fudge.
This fudge is very sweet. If you are not a big fan of sweet fudges then my orange and dark chocolate fudge recipe is perfect.

- Line the brownie pan with baking paper.

- Grab a few tablespoons of the extra biscoff spread and quickly melt the spread in the microwave and set aside to be used later.

- Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

- Pour this mixture into the tin and smooth down.

- Leave the fudge outside to cool down until at room temperature and then place in the fridge until set.
- Remove from the tin and cut into small pieces.
