Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. This weeks recipe is white chocolate Biscoff fudge.

 

This fudge is very sweet.  If you are not a big fan of sweet fudges then my orange and dark chocolate fudge recipe is perfect.

Chocolate Orange Fudge (Lactose Free!)

  • Line the brownie pan with baking paper.
  • Grab the cookies and quickly blitz in a food processor. You want some of the cookies to be in large pieces and some in smaller crumbs. Separate a good handful of the smaller crumbs to be used later.
  • Grab a few tablespoons of the extra biscoff spread and quickly melt the spread in the microwave and set aside to be used later.
  • Place the white chocolate and condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Place on low/medium heat and gently stir until the white chocolate has melted.
  • Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
  • Add in the Biscoff spread and the icing sugar. Mix well.
  • Quickly mix in the large crumbs.
  • Pour this mixture into the tin and smooth down.
  • Drizzle some of the melted biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with the remainder of the smaller crumbs that were set aside.
  • Leave the fudge outside to cool down until at room temperature and then place in the fridge until set.
  • Remove from the tin and cut into small pieces.
  • Drizzle some extra Biscoff spread on top.
  • Congratulations you have made delicious white chocolate Biscoff fudge.
  • Serve, devour and enjoy.
