White Chocolate & Biscoff Fudge (Lactose Free!)
Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. This weeks recipe is white chocolate Biscoff fudge.
This fudge is very sweet. If you are not a big fan of sweet fudges then my orange and dark chocolate fudge recipe is perfect.

Ingredients

(Brand Used - Sweet Williams)

Condensed coconut milk
(Brand used - Pandaroo)

Biscoff spread

g
Icing sugar
(sifted)

Biscoff cookies

Extra biscoff spread for decorating

Brownie tin

Baking paper
Instructions

Line the brownie pan with baking paper.

Grab the cookies and quickly blitz in a food processor. You want some of the cookies to be in large pieces and some in smaller crumbs. Separate a good handful of the smaller crumbs to be used later.

Grab a few tablespoons of the extra biscoff spread and quickly melt the spread in the microwave and set aside to be used later.

Place the white chocolate and condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Place on low/medium heat and gently stir until the white chocolate has melted.

Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Add in the Biscoff spread and the icing sugar. Mix well.

Quickly mix in the large crumbs.

Pour this mixture into the tin and smooth down.

Drizzle some of the melted biscoff spread on top and sprinkle with the remainder of the smaller crumbs that were set aside.

Leave the fudge outside to cool down until at room temperature and then place in the fridge until set.

Remove from the tin and cut into small pieces.

Drizzle some extra Biscoff spread on top.
