Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. For this weeks recipe I am doing something savory. Crispy puff pastry filled with garlic spinach, creamy ricotta and delicious feta. These little rolls are easy to make and definitely a crowd pleaser.

This recipe makes 20 mini rolls or 5 big rolls.

- Preheat your oven to 190 C fan forced (370f) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
