Good evening boys and ghouls. It is time for another Halloween recipe. This time I wanted to create something a little bit cutesy and a little bit spooky. The perfect treat for a Halloween party with little ghouls running around.
The scariest thing about this recipe is how easy and fun it is to create. Prefect to have your own little ghouls help in the kitchen.
As always this recipe is lactose and dairy free providing you use the right ingredients.

Instructions
- Line a brownie pan with baking paper or spray liberally with oil.
- You will need two saucepans. Fill one saucepan a third of the way with water and bring to a simmer. Place the other saucepan on top. Exactly like you would when melting chocolate.

-
- Add the rice bubbles to the mixture and stir until coated.
-
- Leave the mixture to set at room temperature for a few hours. You can put it in the fridge however you run the risk of the mixture turning into a brick and nobody wants to eat a brick. Leaving it out at room temperature is the safest option.
