
Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. For this recipe I am making really cute rainbow hedgehog cookies.

Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 160°C (320 F) and line two trays with baking paper.
- Place all the ingredients for the dough into a large bowl.

- Move the cookie to the baking tray you prepared earlier.

- Bake for 15 minutes, until just starting to brown.

- Hold the cookie over the dough for a few seconds to allow the excess chocolate to drip off.

- Transfer the cookie to a clean tray.

- Cut the tip of the piping bag off. It needs to create a very small hole. Chocolate can be tricky to pipe as it flows out quite quickly.

- Decorate all the cookies and place the tray into the fridge for 30 minutes or so until the chocolate sets.

- Serve, devour and enjoy.
