Welcome back to another delicious lactose free recipe. For this recipe I wanted to do something simple, savoury and scrumptious.  These recipe is similar to Korean cream cheese breads. Take a bread roll, fill it with cream cheese. Dip each roll in a melted herb and garlic margarine. Then baked until delicious and crispy.

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C and line baking tray with baking paper.
  • Grab a bread roll. Cut the roll into 8 wedges. Make sure you do not cut all the way through the bread. Cut the other rolls.
  • In a small bowl add the cream cheese. Use a fork and mix the cream cheese so it becomes more workable.
  • Spoon the cream cheese into a piping bag and grab a roll.
  • Pipe the cream cheese into the cuts you made in the rolls.
  • Finish piping the cream cheese into the other two rolls. Place them to the side on the baking tray.
  • Place all the herbs, garlic powder and salt into a small bowl.
  • In a small saucepan melt the margarine.
  • Add in the herbs and mix well.
  • Transfer the margarine mixture into a medium bowl. The metal saucepan will be hot so it will be safer to handle this way. Grab a roll.
  • Dip the top of the roll into the margarine. Flip it over and dip the bottom in.
  • Move the bread roll to the baking tray. Finish dipping the other two rolls.
  • Place the tray in the oven to cook for 14 minutes until they are crunchy and delicious.
  • Sprinkle the fresh herbs over the top.
  • Congratulations you have now made cream cheese garlic rolls.
  • Serve hot, devour and enjoy.
