-
- Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until lovely and smooth.
- Shape the dough into a ball.
-
- It just so happens to be autumn when I was making this dough and it was freezing cold no matter where I went. A great alternative is to use your ovens keep warm/ defrost setting. It gives the dough a nice warm place to rise.
- If you do not have this setting, you can also fill a large tin with boiling water and place that on the bottom of the oven. This should provide enough heat for the bread to rise. You may need to replace the water once it gets cold.
-
- Tip the dough out and press down to flatten.
-
- Spray a large oven tin with oil.
- Grab a piece of dough and roll it into a ball.
-
-
- Cover loosely with clingwrap and leave in a warm draught free place for 30 minutes.
-
- Preheat your oven to 180Ā°C.
-
-
-
-
- Place the tray in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until they are beautiful golden brown.
- Set aside to cool down.
- Congratulations you have now made cheese and bacon rolls.
