  • Place your chocolate mold onto a baking tray that will be able to fit in your freezer.
  • In a saucepan add the packet of jelly mix (one color at a time), gelatin powder and ½ cup of water.
  • Mix well and place the mixture on a low heat.
  • Heat the mixture and stir to melt the gelatin and crystals.
  • Keep the mixture heating until everything is dissolved. Test by rubbing a drop between your fingers. It shouldn’t be hot because the mixture is on a low heat. If the mixture is grainy keep heating and stirring.
  • When everything has dissolved remove the saucepan from the heat.
  • Tip the saucepan and use the spoon to skim the surface of the mixture to remove the foam and bubbles. The foam and bubbles will affect the clarity of the gummy lollies.
  • Pour the mixture into a small jug.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the molds filling it to the top.
  • Place the tray into the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the tray from the fridge. Use your finger to gently pull the corner of the gummy lollies away from the side.
  • Keep carefully pulling away until the gummy comes free of the mold.
  • Place the gummy lollies into a container and move to the fridge.
  • I bet you can see where this is going to go. Do this entire process for each of the different flavors until you have all 5 flavors and colors.
  • Serve, devour and enjoy.
